Air Conditioning

Is there air-conditioning in my property?
All apartments have internal ducted air conditioning. Operations manuals can be found in the library section of Building Link.

Who is responsible for maintaining my air-conditioning?
Responsibility for apartment air conditioning is the sole responsibility of the lot owner. There are no common property elements.

How often do I need to service my air-conditioning system?
It is recommended that lot air conditioning is serviced every 6-12 months. They will change the filters and check operation of the condenser.

Where is my air-conditioning condenser located?

Foxtel

Does my property have Foxtel?
Yes, there is Foxtel in your apartment delivered by the wall point next to your TV aerial point.

What type of Foxtel is installed in the building (cable / satellite / Internet)?
The buildings Foxtel is delivered by Satellite.

How do I connect to Foxtel?
Please contact Foxtel who will assist you with your connection.

 

Repairs & Maintenance

Who is responsible for repairs and maintenance to my property?
Owners are responsible for lot property. The Owners’ Corporation is responsible for common property which includes apartment external doors and windows and waterproofing.

 

Parking

Does my property have parking and where is it located?
Please refer to the Parking process as outlined above

What can I store in my parking space?
In accordance with the by-laws only.

 

Storage Cages

Does my property have a storage cage and where is it located?
Yes, all apartments at the building have storage cages. The location of your storage cage can be found on the Strata Plan or by contacting Building Management.

Can I install a storage cage in my parking space?
