How do I access the building?
Residents will need an access fob to access the main entrance door, lifts and car park.
How do I access my lot / apartment?
Residents will need to use the registered key for their property provided by Apex Locksmiths.
How do I obtain an additional key or access device?
To obtain an additional key or access device please complete the application form available via the Neue website under Forms & Procedures. Everything you need to know about obtaining an additional key / access device is available in this form.
What do I do if I have lost my key or access device?
If you have lost your key or access device, you will need to arrange a replacement using the Key & Access Device Application form available via the Neue website as outlined above.
What do I do if I lock myself out of my apartment after hours?
Residents who lock themselves out after hours will need to contact a locksmith of their choice to gain access to their apartment and discuss for a replacement Fob from Building Management when next on-site. Building Management does not have spare keys to residents’ apartments.
Residents may like to use Apex Locksmiths who can be contacted on 02 9569 4807 and are the registered key provider for the building which will simplify the process of obtaining a replacement key. To gain access to the building and your level if you have lost your Fob you may like to page neighbors using the intercom system or alternatively access to a temporary Fob can be made available by contacting Building Management.
Is there a remote control to access the car park?
Residents can be provided with a combined Fob / car park remote control to provide easy access to the buildings car park.
How do I obtain an additional remote control?
Please follow the additional key / access device application process as outlined above.
What do I do if I have lost my car park door remote?
Please refer to the locked out resident process as outlined above.
Is there security at the building?
The building is secured by a digital access control system restricting access to the building and all levels. Building Management and Concierge are available during daytime hours and will monitor security cameras.
There is no after-hours / evening security at the building.
Are there security cameras at the building?
The building is monitored by a sophisticated security camera system that covers most common areas including building entrances, grounds and the car park.
How do I obtain security surveillance footage following an incident?
Security camera footage is available from Building Management only once an incident has occurred. Security camera footage will only be provided to authorities and cannot be provided to residents. Footage will only be provided to authorities once a police report has been lodged.
How does my intercom handset work?
Please download a copy of the intercom system instructions which will assist you with how to use the intercom.
My intercom is not working, what do I do?
Residents should first try and fault find the issue following the instructions in the buildings intercom instructions. Should this not resolve the matter please report the matter to Building Management via email or Building Link.
Who is responsible for the intercom in your apartment?
The overall operation of the buildings intercom system is the responsibility of the Owners Corporation via Building Management. Should your individual handset also not be working, this is also the responsibility of the Owners Corporation, please contact Building Management.
